Since it’s inception, SCOA’s settlement rate for
clients, including legal accounts is under 40% of
current balance. This includes accounts that have
been placed in litigation. 20% of our settlements
are term settlements which helps our negotiators
make more than one settlement at a time and pay
them off over several months or in some cases,
even years.
